  3. Set Webhook to ?action=webhook; subscribe Page to messages, messaging_optins, feed.
  4. Use Contacts to private-reply commenters (with validation).
  5. Use Utility to draft & publish templates; Marketing for bulk sends.
  6. Run ?action=setup once to create tables.
